East Asian direction of Kazakhstani diplomacy in the field of culture: the legal basis of the issue

Abstract

The article analyzes the legal basis of cooperation of the Republic of Kazakhstan with the countries of East Asia in the field of culture. The authors emphasize the importance of agreements that contributed to the development of bilateral cultural relations between Kazakhstan and China and between Kazakhstan and Japan, thereby changing the level of development of cultural cooperation between these countries. The article emphasizes the importance of treaties in the study of cultural ties.
