Stages of formation of social harmony in Kazakhstan

The article is devoted to the analysis of the process of forming social harmony during the period of independent Kazakhstan. The authors focus on the historical experience of this process, emphasizing the main stages of the country's socio-cultural development and social changes. The article examines and reviews the works of foreign and domestic scientists. By analyzing the literature on social consent, the article identifies the most important problems of modern Kazakhstani society and presents mechanisms for further consolidation and
development of social consent. In conclusion, the authors assert that effective management of modern society requires consideration of the historical context of social harmony and current demands.
