Abstract

In the article the progression of intellectual property in contemporary society, delving into its philosophicaland religious-ethical dimensions were explored. It traces the origins of copyright and highlights the crucialrole intellectual property plays in safeguarding intellectual achievements that influence numerous aspects oflife, effectively representing the collective wisdom of humanity. The intellectual realm is integral to societaldevelopment and well-being, making it imperative for all participants in social interactions to engage with in-tellectual property to foster their progress and growth. Despite efforts to elucidate, analyze, and establish theintellectual property framework, these attempts have been inadequate. Although definitions are available,there remains a lack of comprehensive understanding within society regarding the nature of intellectual prop-erty and how to effectively manage it. This gap in comprehension may overlook the complexity and distinc-tiveness of intellectual property. The primary goal of this study is to examine the perspectives of scholars andthinkers on intellectual property, aiming to grasp the breadth and importance of scientific endeavors neces-sary for its advancement.
