Abstract

The article is devoted to the analysis of the phenomenon of cultural identity. The article analyzes the phenomenon of identity as such. It is revealed that two positions have collided in Kazakh philosophy on the logical basis of the concept of identity and the concept of identity used in social philosophy, sociology, psychology, etc. According to one position, formal logic is such a basis, according to the other, dialectical logic may well be it. However, the current state of social philosophy, etc., is such that they have not yet risen to dialectical logic in solving their problems. The analysis of the concepts of cultural identity has shown that their authors interpret this identity as just a phenomenon of consciousness.
