The article discusses the essence of a woman in the nomadic Kazakh tradition and the ability to find its inherent cultural values in modern society. To do this, we need to analyze the Kazakh historical evolutionary path
of development; update our mechanisms, such as traditions, customs, and world view, which form cultural
values, under the modern society; revive and create a need for them. It is necessary to pay attention to the
core values that must be taken into account, which are characteristic features of nomadic culture that determine the identity of a woman. They include freedom, the possibility of effective use of human resources due
to age and genetic characteristics, attention to the reproductive function of women, and the upbringing of a
high-quality and intelligent generation. In the era of nomadic culture, these values worked systematically, but
now the interdependence between them and the mechanisms, concepts and categories that implement them have completely lost their meaning and become the form of a social imagination full of feelings. The author in the research of these issues shares his thoughts on creating the new Kazakh identity of the “New Kazakhstan” which is in the process of globalization, and accordingly the identity of a woman while studying the existing methods of preserving the national identity of other countries. Because the mystical properties of our
national code, associated with national identity, originate in the essence of a woman and future mother.
