The purpose of this work is to compare our own developments with the results of A.G. Teslinov and to devel-op the author's approach to management. A.G. Teslinov has a slightly different approach in comparison withthe standard (generally accepted) approach. Management is considered from the point of view of thinking(how a person thinks, makes decisions), which means how complex pictures a person can reconstruct. Fromthe point of view of complicating reality, A.G. Teslinov identifies five stages in history. In the future, 7 prin-ciples are applied to reconstruct reality. This is the principle of schematic thinking, the principle of “task-based” thinking, the principle of thinking as a whole, the principle of overcoming names, the principle of ap-propriate absolutization of the conceivable, the principle of reasonable idealization of the conceivable, theprinciple of productive operationalization of thinking. The principles numbered 8 and 9 bring the article clos-er to philosophical rather than managerial. These principles allow us to understand the subject and method ofmanagement, the ontology of management, its place in the system of sciences, the social role of managementas a science. As a result, the use of reality complication schemes proposed by Teslinov A.G. is quite in de-mand when making managerial decisions at the present stage. It can be used in business process reengineer-ing, management modeling of organizational schemes of enterprises and in organizational and activity games
