The direction development of the Shanghai Cooperation Organizations interaction with international organizations: 16th summit in Astana

Abstract

The authors would like to call attention to the relevance and the cyclicality of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization activity on the improvement of interaction between the SCO and international organizations. There are proposed perspective projects of interaction between the SCO and IGO, given characteristics on sequence of this relationships and prospects for the first quarter of the XXI century. It is noted three levels of interaction: the global level (UN), regional level (ASEAN), the Eurasian level (CIS, CSTO, CICA). At these levels revealed a comprehensive approach to improve the work of the SCO with the data given by international organizations, prospects for future developments in the field of activity of the SCO summits, including the jubilee summit in Astana. From our point of view, this is the content, format, and a road map of the SCO course in the global and integrated world.
