Development of material and technical basis of the film industry of Kazakhstan in 1928–1941

In the article considers development of a material fundamentals of the film industry, its governing bodies, as well as the technological organization in pre-war years. The authors of the article investigate questions of creation and development of Kazakhkino trust and allocate some minuses. They also emphasize the continuous annual growth of the given branch due to its equipment with material and technical resources and the positive relation of the power to development of the film industry.Based on archival materials, the authors show the level of development of the film industry in Kazakhstan in the 1920–1940th years.
