Mediation as a new factor in the development of modernization of public consciousness

In this article the issue of mediation as one of the spiritual processes of modernization of public consciousness of modern Kazakhstan society is discussed. Nowadays onflicts of all kinds in our society are inevitable, conflicts accompany people everywhere. Kazakhstan, like other post-soviet states, in contrast to the stable social systems of Western countries, is undergoing socio-cultural changes, therefore, it is important that these changes did not entail protest moods, tensions in society, which can be a result of an open conflict. The main task of Kazakhstan is to apply the experience of modern Western mediation, taking into account the specifics of their own traditions and customs. In order to do this, Kazakhstan has all the conditions for
resolving conflicts peacefully. And the most importantl is that the Law on mediation was adopted. Mediation, historically for Kazakhstan is not a novelty, however, the authors consider the features of the introduction of mediation in Kazakhstan, as well as arising with it problems. The authors consider meditation as a cognitive
knowledge, as a new type of communication. Today, as a result of intercultural dialogues, new types of communication are born. The authors concluded that mediation in Kazakhstan should be developed as a
culture of peaceful conflict resolution. Special role is played by the development of mediation as a new kind of modernization of public consciousness in Kazakhstan. With the help of mediation, a new society should be formed, where people will turn to mediators to find a compromise and conduct an equal dialogue.
