Soviet model of public administration economy in Kazakhstan in 1920

The article is devoted to the key issues of state management of the economy of Kazakhstan with the introduction of the Soviet model of statehood. In particular, we reviewed and analyzed the Soviet system of government of Kazakhstan’s economy in the 1920s. The characteristic of a branched system of economic management is thoroughly investigated. A special place is given to the nature of relations between the central and republican bodies of Administration of Industry. At the same time it was shown that how Russia was pursuing the task of expanding the spheres of influence in Kazakhstan, which had strategic importance. In this case Moscow made centralized management of the entire national economy. The estimation was carried out as a routine supply enterprises based on their belonging to different categories. This work is an independent scientific research, built on the new archival materials and may be of interest to a wider audience.
