Abstract

During the Stalinist repressions, which became the worst tragedy of the XX century for the Kazakh people, many of our wealthy citizens were shot. In Soviet times, the history of Kazakhstan has many tragic pages. One of them is persecution in the former Soviet Union. This historical event did not leave out the Kazakhs of Mongolia. This article is devoted to one of the most important areas of Kazakh history abroad — an analysis of how individual representatives of the Kazakhs of Mongolia were persecuted and punished, the situation of the people in the dark years of repression, the consequences of this. This is the identification of political and ideological sources and causes of mass repression and the determination of the tragic fate of individual persons.
