Abstract

The article deals with questions about the role of art and its component in the formation of aesthetic education and the rich spiritual world of the individual. The object of the study is the artistic world culture, the artistic culture of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the culture of the Pavlodar Irtysh region. Based on the object of research, we have identified the subject of scientific work ― art as an important component of the spiritual education of the individual. The purpose of the study is to show how the means of art can teach a person to correctly, aesthetically perceive both the phenomena of reality and artistic creativity itself. Human life passes among a huge number of various works of art, and they affect a person to one degree or another. Art and beauty are inseparable from each other, for beauty in art is a reflection of the beauty of reality itself. A person brought up on the advanced achievements of art and culture perceives the past more truly and deeply, and will be better able to use it for his further development. The best works of art teach people to correctly understand and improve life, help to assimilate advanced ideas, and form their character. The period covering the second half of the twentieth century is for the Pavlodar Irtysh region the heyday of all the main types and genres of art, the high professional skill of artists, musicians, actors, writers, architects. Guided by cultural policy, they determined the tasks and directions in the field of cultural construction, took care of the cultivation of personnel, and formed the worldview of the artistic intelligentsia.
