Some problems of ecological security in Central Kazakhstan (on the example of water resources)

This article presents Central Kazakhstan as one of the rich on mineral resources, industrial, but water-deficient regions of the country. However, it cannot be said that water resources in Central Kazakhstan is completely absent. There are Nura, Sherubay-Nura, Karakengir and Zhezdy rivers, Lake Balkhash, Irtysh-Karaganda channel and several reservoirs and ponds that make up the main water resources of the region. However in Central Kazakhstan there are problems with environmental safety from improper use of water resources. Therefore, the article's authors look at some of it — wasteful and rational use of water, and its kinship and its consequences, which are caused by abrupt changes in nature; Its writing is guided by methodological principles used in scientific research, including interdisciplinary research. In reviewing and analyzing the work of researchers dealing with environmental issues caused by water resources, the author used methods as historical, logical, systematic, comparative analysis. The principle of objectivity became the basis for considering complex and contradictory issues between two problems — water resources and environmental security. Methods of monitoring
and analysis were used in reviewing the documents adopted by the UN General Assembly on water resources
and the activities carried out within the organization, as well as with its support. Because water is the source of life on earth and the current issue of the agenda of the water is important for the sustainable development of all mankind. Therefore, it is said that this issue is given special attention in the framework of international organizations such as the UN and Central Kazakhstan should learn from the world experience. In order to prevent threats to water resources, to prevent from their consequences, to make proper use of water, Central Kazakhstan and other regions need to make their own recommendations, consisting of a list of possible actions
