Evolutionary development of the Kazakh national idea of statehood

The article discusses the issues of the features of the evolutionary development of the Kazakh national idea of statehood. The relevance of the research topic in the modern realities of the interpretation of the history of the Kazakh people is presented. The current interest in the research topic is dictated by the vector concern of the revision of modern studies on the evolution of the national idea of statehood of the Kazakh people. The role of the evolutionary theory in substantiating the events of the formation of the Kazakh idea of statehood is substantiated and disclosed. Methodological approaches to the coverage of the research topic are defined. The importance of phenomenology and hermeneutics in the assessment of the vector of evolution of the Kazakh statehood is revealed. A review of the positions of modern historians of Kazakhstan on the assessment of the transformation of the idea of Kazakh statehood is carried out. Modern approaches to the interpretation of the history of the formation of the Kazakh national statehood are considered. The paper provides conclusions that contribute to formulating an objective assessment of the historical process of the Kazakh idea of statehood.
