This article examines the history, when in the 20-40s of the twentieth century, as a result of the left-sided policy of the Soviet government, Berkut Iskakovich's childhood was stolen and the years of famine, confiscation and repression grew. In this article we will consider, using the example of the personality of Berkut Iskakovich, analyzing the life path, you can see the policy pursued during that Soviet period. Studying the current policy in the country, reading it in Abai's books and the works of the Alash intelligentsia, the Golden Eagle child receives lessons and this allows us to understand the prerequisites for the creation of the
underground youth political organization “YESEP” (the party of heroes who love the Motherland) in the Soviet period.
