Mediation in the political processes of the Republic of Kazakstan: problems and perspectives

This article discusses the problems and prospects for the development of the institution of mediation in the Republic of Kazakhstan. The authors of the article consider the features of the institution of mediation and the need for its use in Kazakhstan and identify the specifics of the implementation of mediation in Kazakhstan. The development of mediation in the political system of Kazakhstan at the national and international levels was studied, and the role of Kazakhstan as a moderator in resolving the problem of the Iranian nuclear program and the Astana process on Syria was considered.
